Had THE best customer service experience!! My motorcycle ironically broke down a block from their shop last week. I walked on over and Ric and his mechanic were quick to help me get my bike over to their shop. Not only did they educate me on the issues my bike was having (I'm still a novice rider), they replaced my break/clutch handles, detailed my bike and added some awesome perks to my Harley without me asking. If I could give Premier 10 stars, I would. My husband and I came in to look for my first motorcycle. As a new rider I had a million questions, and must have sat on every bike he had. Not only was Rick extremely patient with me, he has a great sense of humor! Recently my friend call me up letting me know he found a Motorcycle he wanted to buy from Premier Motorsports Inc. Of course this had my attention. But when he said Premier Motorsports Inc. was in the Vancouver area. Which is not far from where I live. And the fact that I've never been there or heard of them. I had to go check this place out. Typically vehicle shopping is my most dreaded item on any to do list. Shady rude sales people who are overbearing and dishonest, Ric was amazing! He had exactly what we were looking for, came in on a day that he wasn't open that just happened to be a SUPER SUNNY beautiful day and handled the process quickly and gracefully.
