Found my mechanic! – When you move to MD you need a state inspection. You learn very quickly what a potential racket the whole thing is ... I'm in Bethesda and there are no inspection-only places. You're forced to go to an auto shop. Why's that so bad? Because they have the power to fail your inspection. And why do they do that?
