Great RV repair shop (despite their name, they also work on towed RVs). We had a problem with a slide-out, and since I'm a full-timer time was important. Their technician got on the case within minutes. After a couple of hours he explained that he did all he could without resorting to parts replacement, which would take a couple of weeks including waiting for the parts. Was not happy with the service we received. Took our Country Coach in for 3 items to be repaired. The door, bedroom window awning and the dashboard, sometimes it would work and other times it wouldn't. Was told everything was fixed to the amount of approximately 750.00 dollars. We went on our way back to IL. after spending winter in AZ. thats when we discovered that only the door problem was fixed. Randy could use a little customer service education we were PROMISED if we drop the coach off tuesday morning we would have it back wednesday evening. We saw it sitting in the same spot all day nobody touched it. We left the hotel at 10 a.m. Sat all day in the waiting room, at 4:30 that afternoon Randy came in and said "it will not be finished today". So back to another night in a hotel.
