Not sure what the deal is with this place. Had a follow up appointment and wanted to cancel, called several times and got a busy signal. Managed to get through twice, left two messages and no confirmation of cancellation. It's has been a problem from the very beginning. Front desk has an attitude, doesn't know what a well woman exam is and gave me the run around the first visit. Dr Nadine is such a blessing to our community. She is passionate and truly cares about her patients. So grateful for her care.
My children had scheduled sports physical through the school system and Premier was the servicing provider. The CEO rushed my children through the physical exam; told us to hurry up because “it was time to go” due to the way they allowed overbooking of appointments and the sports physical forms weren’t even filled out in entirety and have missing information.
I never experienced such a high level of attention from medical staff in any other offices. Any time I would give all these wonderful and knowledgeable people five stars! I feel like a family - they called me, asked, how I feel… Communication is exceptional. Especially, I have to name Candy, who always magically makes herself available, on the phone and in person, even she is very busy and multitasking all the time.
