We have been seeing Dr white as a family for nearly 6 years we followed him to this location from his prior clinic. While he and his back of house staff are a delight and very professional. The clerics have always been difficult to work. The Dr has told us several times that we can all seen at once since we drive over an hour and a half to see him. But they fight us every time about seeing us all in one day. They are often rude about this exception granted to us by the Dr due to out unique situation.
Worst accounting and billing department I’ve ever dealt with, give them a card to process a payment and they only process part of the balance and then won’t make any appointments because of their mistake. Absolute garbage human beings
Scheduled a hearing test for my 2 years old. They set it up for the Providence Location. When we arrived they told me they didn't have the equipment to do the test on a 2 year old there. They scheduled me for there location on Dauphin Street. test was done there. they billed me for both appointments. Got away with double charge.
