I came for botox, because of pain behind my eyes. Being unable to open my eyes fully and sleeping with my eyes tightened. Dr Charles Mosteller, seemed reluctant. He made no promises, but agreed to try. I now sleep without pain and can breathe softer. Thank you for hearing me.

My daughter was supposed to get surgery in December. I paid my copay (around $1,200) and went to the pre-op consultation in November to confirm the date. When I showed up on the date of the surgery, I was told she wasn’t on the schedule. I called Premier Medical with a few simple questions and was transferred multiple times—without getting clear answers. Eventually I was explained that I would need an evaluation to get detailed information, which could have been said from the beginning. The front desk felt disorganized and irritated by basic questions, though the clinic itself seems to provide quality care once you’re actually seen.
