My husband chose this practice specifically because it offers both ophthalmologists and optometrists. The day before his appointment, he called the office and spoke with the insurance coordinator to confirm they accepted his EyeMed plan. Never go here!!! Number 1. People need to know how to speak to patients at the front desk! 2. Whatever brown shoulder length hair manager with glasses (older lady) is in charge up front definitely makes sense with the type of staff she keeps. UPDATE: Tonia reached out to me from the Providence location and asked me to come see her. I can't say enough about how kind, patient and caring she was while trying to get me fitted for contacts. She spent over an hour with me trying to get the perfect pair for my eyes. She is the only person I would ever go to for contacts. She is very knowledgeable and she is very good at what she does.
