Never go here!!! Number 1. People need to know how to speak to patients at the front desk! 2. UPDATE: Tonia reached out to me from the Providence location and asked me to come see her. I can't say enough about how kind, patient and caring she was while trying to get me fitted for contacts. She spent over an hour with me trying to get the perfect pair for my eyes. She is the only person I would ever go to for contacts. She is very knowledgeable and she is very good at what she does. UPDATE: Still no glasses. They mailed me a copy of my prescription to my address 2 days ago, no glasses. I am going to take that as they have absolutely no plans on giving me the 2 pairs of glasses I paid $600 for. I live 60 minutes away from the facility. They are just lying at this point saying that have 'shipped them out'. Absolutely disgusting. I received a package from Oklahoma in the timeframe they have sent they sent them from 60 minutes away.
