Dr. Raj is a wonderful Cardiologist. He listens, explains everything in great detail, and is always straightforward. I am thankful that I have had him as my Cardiologist for nearly 8 years. Recently, he has needed to take medical leave due to a health issue. It was told to me that it could be a long-term medical leave, and if I chose to do so, I could wait to see if he will be returning, stay on the waiting list, or find a new doctor. RUDEST receptionist EVER! Definitely not the kind of person who should be the first point of contact at a cardiology office. I brought my mom in to go over her test results, and the doctor said she has significant plaque buildup in her carotid arteries and elsewhere. We were told someone would call to schedule a heart cath. After waiting three days with no call, I followed up myself. The receptionist was extremely rude. I should have read the reviews before I went here yes says the rudest receptionist I've ever met she doesn't do her job whoever was supposed to send my scripts didn't and because of the holiday I didn't get them to 5 days later like they missed my blocked diagnosis 6 years ago and then they don't even code things right so your insurance can cover them I believe that this office is incapable of any good health care I'm checking and seeing another doctor somewhere else
Receptionist was very rude Don’t let people talk and ask about their bills and already had bills paid. They tell you to pay it again instead of transferring you over to the billing department receptionist was very rude with a high attitude. Don’t recommend calling the receptionist. Do your job and quit if you’re that miserable. Billing dept lady was nice I’ll give her a 5 star!
