The treatment was excellent
Our office visit was very pleasant. The staff was very welcoming and assisted us in a variety of ways. we love when we receive what is expected but it's great when it's paired with a little extras.
I have been a patient at the office since shortly after it opened. I am consistently impressed by the knowledge and skill of the doctor and staff and the obvious emphasis placed on providing stellar customer service. I have preferred multiple family members and they too love this practice.
Today I received great service from a very knowledgeable, friendly and kind dental team. The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming, the dental assistant was courteous and professional, and the professionalism, knowledge and skills of the dentist were outstanding. I would definitely recommend using the services provided by this team.
After years of fear from childhood experiences, I have found the dentist and dental team of a lifetime! Dr. Parasa, Carla and Kim go above and beyond the normal customer service experience! I had a great experience at the Premier Dental Care located East Broad Street in Columbus. I had not been to the dentist in awhile; the staff was very caring and put me at ease right away. Dr. Parasa was very gentle and explained everything prior to doing it. I was given multiple treatment plans to choose from that suite my needs. I have been seeing Dr. Parasa for 7 months now and every time I am their I am made to feel important. My concerns are always a priority and the staff is nothing but amazing! They always great me with smiles and know my name. That's huge. I would recommend anyone to Premier Dental.
