I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Rivera’s office. They have handled my prescription needs extremely poorly. I explained to them on three separate occasions that they needed to submit an appeal to my insurance company, yet they completely ignored me each time. Instead of receiving the support and follow-through that a patient should be able to expect, I’ve been left without the medication I need and no clear communication or accountability from their staff.
