Cancelled my appointment the day of with no option to even see anyone else in the office.
Dr. Lowden has been my PCP since I was a teenager and now he is everyone in my family's PCP and my own children. I don't trust anyone else and I can talk to him about literally anything. I told him he is never allowed to retire, definitely 100% recommend him
TERRIBLE PLACE! The nurses are very rude and unprofessional, they do not care if you get your prescriptions filled or not! Not to mention you can NEVER get through to speak with anyone. Currently looking for a new PCP!
Impossible to get the office staff to do anything. They talk over you and just keep repeating their spiel. I would give them a zero but the doctors deserve better. Poor unprofessional follow-up.
