My primary Doctor Ramy Ibrahim is the most compassionate caring doctor I have ever had as a primary. And I for one appreciate him more than he knows. And the entire staff and nurses are a pleasure to deal with. I hate to see customers there complain about such petty issues and I observe the staff always displaying a Professional attitude. doctor Ibraham is amazing, and one of his PA's saw my sister who is a complex case and got all the info she needed before seeing her. I love this place!
Went for a med review, I'm on bp meds, nurse didn't take bp. My regular doctor relocated and I was seeing someone new. He was rude, short, with no bedside manner at all. My husband went to the walk-in for uri, sinus problems. They just gave him antibiotics and never examined him. Be very careful.
They do it all their Blood Work, Xrays,Perscprition & express care. Several Drs too. Different parts of building's. Get it done
Both my husband & I are patients at Premier Medical. We love our doctors and are very happy with the care we receive. We are grateful that our lab work and many tests can be done right on site. Would definitely recommend them!!!
I love my doctor at Premier Medical, but the way that the office runs is shameful. You cannot get a referral for a specialist for weeks. When you try to call the office, you rarely get a person, you have to leave a message and wait for a call back, which could take days. When you try to reach the office manager, you can't get her through the office, or through her cell phone, because it won't take any more messages. I plan on continuing with my doctor, but I would never advise anyone to change to this group
