I had a test done on 3/17 and now, 10 days later on 3/27, I haven't gotten a call back with results. I have called twice and the call center wouldn't transfer the call to the local office. I have made two inquiries via the portal and still haven't heard from a doctor or nurse, only admin people who say to just wait. 10 days to get lab results? If they haven't run the tests yet, I will have to be retested and time is a ticking. This borders on patient abandonment.
Called in two prescriptions. One for a medicine for a totally different condition that made my problem worse sending me to urgent care while I was traveling. The other on the information on how to take it was incorrect. I take 1 pill a day and they wrote to take 3 pills a day. Fortunately my insurance refused to pay for the incorrect dosage one so I never took that one incorrectly.
Answer the phone!!!! I just received a bill that is 12 years old and con not speak with anyone; not eve the person that called and left a message...
No I have been waiting 2 hours for Urgent Care and still have not been helped. Only two people ahead of me and it’s been two hours. Do not come here it’s horrible!!!
Stay Away From This Place! Shady Shady Shady business. They ripped me off, charged me for a visit I never had and have been getting all kinds of run around for 3 1/2 months!! You can never get anyone on the phone. Rings then disconnects. Right to Voicemail which is ALWAYS FULL. Staff that promises to get back to you and disappears. On and on. Absolutely the shadiest business ever. Extremely unprofessional. Literally thieves. They charge for visits you didn't have and never refund you. I can't imagine how the patient care can be viable if you can't even get through to any numbers that don't have a full phone mail, including the main number, just ring endlessly or just completely disconnect you. I have filed a BBB complaint because they haven't refunded my money for months. Always a run around. Just don't go here
Dr Soto is great I’ve been waiting two weeks to get a call back on my refills for my prescriptions phone system sucks Can’t get a direct line to my own doctor goes to a corporate answering service and never get return calls
Today was my first visit to Dr Ahmad and I really like him. He spent plenty of time with me. He answered all my questions and voiced concerns over the diabetes medicine prescribed by my previous doctor, explaining why. My wife was with me and he made us both very comfortable with my choice for a new doctor.
Fucking doctor Ahmad is a fucking joke and a rude unprofessional doctor to someone whom has a learning disability and couldn’t explain herself. He refused my sister because she was getting upset and didn’t understand the questions he kept pestering her with and accused her of cursing in his office, when she didn’t. Well now I’m cursing.
