Awful!!!! 13 calls and 3 emails and I still don't have an appropriate return to work letter from Dr. Carmen Frederick, who thinks following Governor Desantis' requirement for self quarantine wasn't needed after travel to Detroit where it was reported to have more cases of Covid19 in metro area as in the entire state of Florida - I found after traveling there - for several family medical appointments. I had a test done on 3/17 and now, 10 days later on 3/27, I haven't gotten a call back with results. I have called twice and the call center wouldn't transfer the call to the local office. I have made two inquiries via the portal and still haven't heard from a doctor or nurse, only admin people who say to just wait. 10 days to get lab results? If they haven't run the tests yet, I will have to be retested and time is a ticking. This borders on patient abandonment.
The office staff at the Bushnell Office are incompetent. My husband had an appointment for Bloodwork which he was told wasn’t in the computer. He handed them the order for the bloodwork at his previous appointment. There were 4 other people at the office who had the same problem...no orders. Dr Carlos Ramirez is fantastic,it’s a shame the office workers are so incompetent.

Called in two prescriptions. One for a medicine for a totally different condition that made my problem worse sending me to urgent care while I was traveling. The other on the information on how to take it was incorrect. I take 1 pill a day and they wrote to take 3 pills a day. Fortunately my insurance refused to pay for the incorrect dosage one so I never took that one incorrectly.
Answer the phone!!!! I just received a bill that is 12 years old and con not speak with anyone; not eve the person that called and left a message...
No I have been waiting 2 hours for Urgent Care and still have not been helped. Only two people ahead of me and it’s been two hours. Do not come here it’s horrible!!!
Stay Away From This Place! Shady Shady Shady business. They ripped me off, charged me for a visit I never had and have been getting all kinds of run around for 3 1/2 months!! You can never get anyone on the phone. Rings then disconnects. Right to Voicemail which is ALWAYS FULL. Staff that promises to get back to you and disappears. On and on. I can only imagine how they treat their actual patients. Terrible. The Clermont office looks like they either just moved in or are leaving, and no air conditioning. Go back the next day... read more
