My original appointment was the first week of November. Due to internal issues I was asked to get labs and x-rays done and a follow up appointment was set for 12/9. After having the XRays done at THEIR SBB office 2 days later, the tech urged me to get an earlier follow up appointment. Dr.Toth was very good and understood me very well.
They dont deserve 🤧 1 star. The front desk lady lazy. Rude with an attitude. Premiere as a whole company needs to be Shut down starting here with this location. Stay far away from these people. Especially if you actually need help. They dont care about the patients and it Shows clear as Day in their receptionist all the way up to the Doctors in this building. You better off just rolling the dice 🎲. These people suck.
Hubby and I have gone here for nearly six years. While we have had no issues with the quality of the doctors, I feel compelled to leave this review after my experience today. There have been far too many appointments that upon showing up, I’m told I am not on the schedule. We don’t just randomly create appointments on our calendars because we enjoy getting there to be turned away… we enter it at that moment that we schedule the follow up, in the office, on our phone calendars. If I could give zero stars, I would. Premier Medical Associates is the epitome of incompetence and disregard for patient requests. I explicitly requested to be seen by a DO—not an APRN, not an MD, but a DO. Instead of respecting this very clear request, they immediately attempted to shove me into an appointment with an APRN without my consent.
