Recently had very positive interaction with David H is sales and Valentin M in service at the dealership. I had a low-mileage Mazda6 with minor body damage that I wanted to sell. Recently purchased a pre-owned 2019 Mazda3 through Luther, the vehicle was having some issues within the first couple weeks of taking ownership. Made some calls and talked with Caleb Velez in the sales department who assured me that he would take care of these concerns. Sold me a car with an open recall on the airbags. Bought a car a couple of weeks ago and was assured that any recalls were already addressed. Then, late last week, they reach out to schedule an appointment because there's a recall on the airbags. Okay, fine. I take it in at 8:00 today and I'm told it will be 60-90 minutes. After 90 minutes, I'm told they are having computer trouble but it shouldn't be more than 30 more minutes.
