I'm writing this review in the hope that someone will finally address this issue. I've called and emailed the dealership multiple times over the past year with no resolution. I purchased my car in March 2025 and worked with Zach, who was great throughout the sales process. However, when I went into the finance office, I worked with a woman who, according to Rob who is the current fiance director, was later fired due to incompetence. I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the service my Mazda has received at your facility. This marks the third visit for repairs, and unfortunately, each time we have been charged substantial amounts thousands of dollars without meaningful resolution of the issues. During the most recent visit, we were charged approximately $800. The only clear item completed was the replacement of the car battery.
