Sensei Mario Mennella is one of the most awesome martial artist I’ve ever trained with. His expertise and passion for the art is electrifying and contagious to all who have the pleasure of being in his presence. You’ll be blessed to have the opportunity to train with him!! After at least 20 years I can still remember a lot of the skills he taught me. Amazing Sensei!

My son (age 5) has been taking classes since November and I cannot be more grateful! Mario, Cassandra, and their family are all amazing with the children. They are there to redirect when needed, especially the younger ones who lose attention rather quickly. There is always praise given when deserved and this has helped build the confidence of all the kids! My son had his 5th birthday party here and it was great. The owners worked so well with the kids and all of the kids ages 3-10 had a blast. They played dodgeball, had a karate lesson, got to practice breaking boards, did obstacle courses, and got to have pizza and cake. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and stress free party.
