Janet is very rude
My HVAC stopped working on Friday during the summer and it got up to 94 degrees in my unit. Premier Management Group refused to send out any emergency HVAC technician and sent out maintenance Monday morning instead. They refused to provide any compensation for the days the unit was unlivable. Poor communication from the property management group overall - I would not work them.
After 2 years renting with premier management group I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH 😊 🙏 it was an excellent experience, all the staff including Mrs Olga and Mrs Saxana were super helpful the owner and manager is super kind and compassionate. Thank you for always provided me a prompt response to my needs. Thanks Again 🙏
Premier Property Management has some really old and bad reviews… Let it be known that over three years ago I hired them (based upon several recommendation's from a friend that has more properties than just my one condo) for my Condo…. They did the proper due diligence in their vetting but sent me every application with their possible concerns regarding potential tenants. After about a month my Condo was rented. Peter and Olga are extremely rude and unprofessional. Peter discriminated and laughed at me over the phone regarding paperwork from my doctors I submitted to the office regarding a service animal I need and have. That man need to find Jesus
