I would never use them again. I have never been blatantly ignored from a company as I have been from Premier lighting. I initially was extremely patient waiting over six months for a ceiling fan. They finally were able to get me the fan but then it did not work. I spent hours troubleshooting and having an electrician come out. They then told me I needed a new receiver.
