She is very personable and you feel like you have made a good friend in the difficult process of finding a home.
It has taken me some time to put into words how dissatisfied I was and still am with this company and its "property managers". If you decide to rent from them be weary of Chris or Cindy, and the property at 2151 S. Douglas Ave owned by Sean or Shawn (he refused to ever meet with us so I'm not sure how its spelled). Stay away from this company! Dont even deserve 1 star! They are very shady and unreliable. They do not maintain their properties and do business with slum lords. Just stay away!
Absolutely horrible. I will never rent from them.
