We had 2 hostesses that were amazing they literally were waiting for us when we got there with balloons and all. They set up everything for us I didn't have to do a thing except enjoy the party. I will definitely be back

My coworkers and I go almost every Thursday night after work. There is no hassle when we walk in at 10 and ask for an hour. Great staff from the front desk when we walk in to the bar staff and the man helping us when our ball gets stuck. The manager is always walking around and checking on us and the staff. They all work good together and it shows.

Horrible management. I give the place 2 yrs if that, if Krystal is still in the position she's in. Premier has lost numerous hard, dedicated workers due to her lack of management skills & horrible act towards workers. & it's wayyy over due for drug test to be done. The place is full of drug addicts starting from the management!
