Dishonest company. I highly recommend working with someone else.
I worked with Premier Landscapes as a subcontractor. They have very poor communication. Tyler calls shots and when he has needs he will call at 10:30 pm but when trying to contact him he doesn't answer, call you back, or ever respond to emails saying you are trying to call or get a hold of him. They also didn't pay their last invoice with us claiming it wasn't part of the contract when it clearly was. Dishonest, unorganized, and a mediocre company best. Look elsewhere if you want good and honest work.
RecommendedPremier just finished with our backyard makeover. I am so happy with the results. I now have a backyard I am proud of and want to spend time in. I highly recommend these guys. Very professional crew that worked hard every time the weather would allow.
I had told Trudy what I needed on a voicemail it took her 3 days to call me back and then she said it would be a week for a bid to get to me and then by the time Tyler got to me he didn't even know what I needed. poor communication and slow slow with getting back to you
