This was my first transaction with Dee and Denise at Premier Land Title. They were great. They were prompt and efficient, and went with the flow. We arrived very late to the closing appointment due to an unexpected issue we had to address at the final walk-through. Denise was ready for us and walked my Buyer through the signing process with patience and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them.
They did a good job with our houwe closing. They only forgot one fee on the final transaction, which our HOA notified us of. We paid the fee ourselves. No biggie.
