Richard was the best to work with. Even though I wasn’t sure what I wanted initially he patiently walked me through the process - even letting me reorder another diamond after I changed my mind. He wanted me to be happy and in the end, I am thrilled with my diamond ring and couldn't be happier!!
Nice & accommodating and friendly. I lost my diamond and they upgraded my diamond & they gave me a new appraisal and life time guarantee.
Fantastic. Came through at a time I can use the money.
Richard was Amazing and so helpful. He helped Anthony pick out the ring of my dreams!
