Our apartment is having electrical problems, the outlet is sparking and I saw a flame come out of the outlet. We called the office and the lady said "I'll call the owners and let them know" It's been a few hours and still no call from them. We've had other problems in the building: broken windows, roaches, water pipe burst, but according to the owners everything is in good conditions.
