One star is honestly too high a rating for this company. Very unprofessional, they do not issue receipts nor are the prompt about sending a bill in the mail or via e-mail and the Agents are most likely not certified Insurance Specialists. Very bad experience with this company, I highly recommend seeking insurance elsewhere.
I went here yesterday to purchase auto insurance for my vehicle because my rates recently went up. I worked with one of the ladies in to office who was very sweet and helpful. She was able to beat my rate by over $30 a month (yay!). They were very affordable, fast, professional and I love that they are located in the same shopping center as Wal-Mart since my prior Insurance company was not local. I would absolutely recommend Premier Insurance to anyone looking for Insurance in the Lodi area! :)
