The inspection was quick and thorough. The courteous inspectors were willing to stop and explain things when needed. The report featured accompanying photos which were helpful. I’m a single mom moving from a rental situation into homeownership, so I was feeling extra anxious about all the things I would need to tend to. They were reassuring and their Home Binder program gives me additional support because it helps me stay on top of things, in addition to finding vetted service providers when things do go wrong.
The inspection was very thorough. They answered all our questions and they were able to get us an appointment quickly.

Although there were a few issues initially with the scheduling, Brian fixed it and everything went smoothly. I really appreciated that he did everything that he could to make the scheduling work. I had a tight deadline for my inspection and a busy work schedule. Brian and his team did a great job and I received the report later that evening.
