STAY AWAY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! They don't even deserve one star. ER visit for my husband. Xray shows 5 broken ribs. ER doctor prescribed just enough pain pills to get him home and to regular doctor. Call them this morning. Filled out form for them to get records from hospital. Fail to tell us that their email system is down so we waste 2 hour waiting. Call back, numerous times. Dr Henderson and staff were very attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns, and treated me with care. I would highly recommend going to Premier Immediate Care for your medical needs.
This place is slow. Been here two hours now and it's not that many people here. So what's taking so long.
I would tell anyone - best friend or worst enemy - to stay as far away from these incompetent morons as possible. It started with paying a fee as soon as I darkened the door. You see, this way, they hook you for a fee and can make you wait for HOURS (yes, I anticipate a wait, but two hours, WITH an appointment, is ridiculous.) So they've made money off you and if you give up and bail because you, you know, have a life to get back to, they pocket that money. Brilliant, no? I wasn't sure about going here due to some of the negative reviews. I am glad I did. Dr. Medina and the staff were great. I had been misdiagnosed at another clinic and still very sick. The staff was very understanding and Dr. Medina gave me the medicine I needed to get me better quick! Thank you. Will definitely go here again.
DO NOT GO HERE. I went on Friday Jan 6th to get a pregnancy confirmation test for medicaid. They said I would have my results Saturday Jan 7th. When I called the 7th, they kept giving me the run around that the nurse was not available. Finally Monday Jan 9th I got ahold of someone who said my blood was still at the office and had not even be sent ot the lab and I would not get my results until Tuesday. This delayed sending my medicaid application 4 days. Oh - and they said my bloodwork suggested I was only 4 weeks pregnant. ... read more
We rely on the Exceptional Care we have always received here. From asthmatic episodes to lacerations, we have always gotten Top Notch Care and Attention. Dr. Henderson is our primary care physician. I cannot imagine why a patient said they had a very negative experience. Behind closed doors are probably other patients! As anyone would expect, they of course exercise triage also.
I visited there for flu like symptoms. The PA didn't diagnose me correctly and gave me nothing and I got worse and had to go back again for help. The new PA does not appear to know what he is doing and lacks experience. I have used them for years but with the new PA that is there I will not be going back. I gave them 3 tries and 2 of the 3 visits was with the PA and I left Feeling very frustrated and like I was charged for waiting to long, poor service, and lack of medical knowledge. I have visited Premier Immediate Care (Dr. Henderson and John) on several occasions this year. Everyone on staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I utilize the Suwanee location which has convenient hours for those of us who can't get in to see a doctor at 1 in the afternoon because we have to work. Just the reduction of stress of knowing you can run by there after work is incredibly helpful. I have also visited during the very convenient weekend hours.
