Jennifer was excellent! She took time to ensure that the procedure was as comfortable as possible. She explained the process and also explained products which would be beneficial to me. She also applied a product that provided coverage over my skin. She was careful to try a low intensity first before she increased the laser intensity.
Staff was great very efficient and friendly. Jennifer explains everything well with very caring and attentive to how treatment is making you feel. Good suggestions to all questions and issues discussed. Did not feel pressure to purchase anything yet way benefits were explained generated a purchase. Will be back.
