During the past 33 years living at my house I have never dealt with a better HVAC company than Premier. Most HVAC companies are out to rob you blind. This company is family owned and puts the customer first. I was serviced by an outstanding technician named Jordan Anguiano who had the necessary knowledge and was enthusiastic towards helping me.Other companies kept aggressively trying to sell me a new unit because they said the Freon my unit uses is no longer available and I was 2.5 lbs too low. I can’t say enough good things about the company. We’ve been relying on “the super cool guys” at Premiere since 2017 and they have not ever let us down! Steve and his crews are the absolute best, professional and highly qualified. We are a family of architects and would never use anyone else. We highly recommend them. Most recently they replace a whole house system at my mother’s townhouse and got it done within 24 hours of our call to them. Thank you Steve!

Multiple service calls for the same issue, over $1,000 in labor charges, and the problem was never fixed. Warranty coverage I was told I had was not honored. Another contractor later found the condenser coil was still dirty despite Premiere saying it had been cleaned. Repeated calls for help went unanswered. My experience was poor workmanship, poor communication, and no accountability.
