Dr. Dickes and his staff did a great job with my son. They created a welcoming, fun environment and always made sure that he felt comfortable.
I have been to a few different dentists with my kids and no one has taken the time to explain the procedure and make the kids feel more comfortable than Dr. D. On the way home I listened to the kids in the back seat talking about how great their experience was and how awesome Dr D and his staff were at explaining what they were going to do without make them scared. They did say you are their new Dentist and you rock. That makes me happy as a parent. Thanks for your personal touch, it makes a huge difference.
