First and foremost I wouldn't even give this company 1 star , but I had to. As someone who has worked in the Nursing Field most of my adult life, I have NEVER seen a Hospice company that lacked bedside manner , and compassion. My Mother trusted she made the right choice with your company when it came time to put My precious Grandmother on Hospice. I am writing this review with a bit of a heavy heart. Premier started well, but things went downhill quickly. My mother is eighty-four years old, non-ambulatory with congestive heart failure and dementia. We were a bit confused and blindsided by their decision to "graduate" her from hospice. This was due to her heart not declining from their perspective. We began hospice services because mom was going to the hospital consistently. The entire staff of Premier Hospice took wonderful care of my mom and me during Mom's last days. Even though they were hindered by COVID restrictions, the nurses helped with getting information from the nursing home staff and communicating our wishes back to them, and then performing final services in the hours after she passed away. I am so grateful for their compassion and honest communications so we would know what to expect in the final days. I HIGHLY recommend Premier.
These are the Most awesome down to earth people! I love them already...I am so thankful I contacted them for my care. They have gone above and beyond in just a couple of days!! If your looking for excellent hospice care, this is the company to go with!
Staff are caring, compassionate, detail-oriented and timely! Couldn’t ask for a better hospice company!
