I went to get an oil change without an appointment. They told me they’d have to work me in, which is understandable. However, after three hours they hadn’t even started on my car and couldn’t tell me how long the wait was. I get not having time for the service but don’t tell me you can work me in if you can’t. Terrible service.
The service department sucks. I asked for the special for oil change and tire rotation on their web site. They refused to honor the price unless I could show them the web site. So incompetent. Second attempt at service, epic failure for a second time.
We purchased two vehicles last year at this Honda dealership. Steve was our salesman and he is just a great person who looked out for our best interests. We will definitely go there again.
Waited 2 hours for an oil change!!
I had a great experience getting my hybrid hylander. Steve was a relaxed salesman. not pushy or sales. Jim gave me a great deal including a big red bow on the car. finance was easy and informative. receptionist was friendly. I highly recommend them!! great deal
