Inspection was very thorough! report was organized with pictures and comments with each aspect of the house. Highly recommended!
Calling for an appointment, asking and receiving answers, email signatures were very easy. The inspection and walk through was detailed and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection.
I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Mr. Spano from Premier Home inspection Services. We live out of state and needed an inspection completed. Mr. Spano was extremely helpful, professional and in my opinion went above and beyond in completing the property inspection. There was some hang ups on the property's side that prevented him for getting the inspection completed on the scheduled days. Mr. Johnny was so very professional he took his time to go over the report summary, it wasn't ran through, he walked around the home pointing out everything that was talked about in his finding. Just made me feel more comfortable with my decision on the home in question!!!!! If you are ever looking for an inspector Premier Home Inspection is your best bet. Just read the reviews.
