worst experience with a service ever. Sent people not knowledgeable about dementia to care for my mom who broke her arm. Was asked to make sure she was not alone and did not unwrap her arm and she was left alone and her arm was unwrapped. My mom is high functioning and verbal and non combative so taking care of her is NOT an issue for people that are supposed to be TRAINED to take care of people.
