House care aides get into your business and talk to much about there problems.
As a person who's parent received care from this company, they never can keep a health-aide or provide adequate care on a consistent basis. They are always calling saying that the aide can't show up or they can't find a replacement. Absolutely unacceptable when caring for an elderly and sick patient. You can not trust them at all! Find another company!
I've had a terrible experience with Premiere Home Health Care. They don't have any aides that can deal with an elderly patient with dementia, although they say they do. The aide they sent yesterday left my father without a diaper slumped in a chair. I had also scheduled services for a weekend and no one ever showed up and they said they didn't ever schedule anyone. I've been dealing with home health care aides for over 25 years as my husband is disabled and when I needed an agency for my 95 year old father, I tried them. Wha... read more
