I highly recommend Premier Home Comfort and Phil Houser after a full HVAC replacement in our Reston condo. Premier installed an Amana ARVT96 2-stage variable-speed furnace, matching ALXS5BA4210 AC system, a Reme Halo HT air purification system, and upgraded our return duct to support a 4-inch MERV 13 filter (only needs changing ~1–2x/year). Phil was able to identify the issue with my non-working AC. I expected it needed to be replaced since it was very old and ended up being completely out of freon refrigerant. He also pointed out several issues with my furnace while he diagnosed the AC unit. Phil provided replacement recommendations and reviewed what was included and why they would be good for my needs and location. I went with a much more modern Amana system.
