I have had a couple of bad experiences with HVAC Maintenance companies so I was very cautious about finding a new one. I tried Premier Home Comfort and had a top-rated experience. Phil was prompt, polite, clean, and professional. He explained every step of the process and very patiently answered all my questions. He also discovered an issue I was unaware of that needed attention. I was very pleased with Phil's service and highly recommend Premier Home Comfort.

Phil responded immediately once I reached out to him about the leakage around the HVAC. The drain pipe was clogged, and he scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was prompt, as always. He fixed the issue very quickly, left the place clean, and drained all the water that had collected under the unit. He respects clients' homes and treats them with the utmost respect. Dealing with Phil (owner) from Premier Home Comfort was an absolute pleasure. This was his second visit to our property over the last couple of years. Easy initial contact via the website. Phil personally responded quickly by text and adjusted his schedule to meet our loss of cooling issue during the recent spike in temperatures. Once at our property, he quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to get parts quickly for install the next day.
