After having total hip replacement I asked my physician to send my referral to Premier Home Health. They provided excellent care and the staff were always friendly and on time. The nurse assigned to me provided wound care and made sure there were infections after surgery. She explained everything to me so I understood what she was talking about. Technically, I can't leave a review. We never got to actually see how wonderful the staff is since they threw up so many barriers to getting the care we needed. In the end, I gave up. They obviously had no interest in helping a non-geriatric patient. Thanks so much!
I can't speak highly enough about Premier and the staff! We recently switch companies due to inadequate service. Premier has surpassed expectation. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They communicate with family member about appointments and progress. I would highly recommend Premier Home Care!!
