Haven’t had heat for over a month. They ordered a part that took a month to get there which is understandable. Then it wasn’t the right part. Also said they will be at my house first thing in the morning and came in the evening without notice. You have to question the integrity of this company if these things happen over and over again.
I am extremely thankful for premiere being an honest company. We had a company come to our house and check our unit and we were told something that would have cost us close to $1000.00 (in only labor) needed to be done to make our unit safe. I had a gut feeling that something didn't seem right and I wanted a second opinion. Thankfully, Tom and this amazing company had a window unit to loan us while we waited for the part, which arrived just five days later. Our AC is now running like new! The team was professional, responsive, and truly cared about our comfort. They've earned our trust and made a lifetime customer out of us. Highly recommend!
