I was having issues with my heating and a winter storm with cold temperatures was already moving in. The part I needed couldn’t be delivered so Kelly drove to get it. The tech, Mikey, was quick and thorough and really easy to work with. Premier charges much less than other HVAC companies in BG and also has really good people.

Haven’t had heat for over a month. They ordered a part that took a month to get there which is understandable. Then it wasn’t the right part. Also said they will be at my house first thing in the morning and came in the evening without notice. You have to question the integrity of this company if these things happen over and over again.

I am extremely thankful for premiere being an honest company. We had a company come to our house and check our unit and we were told something that would have cost us close to $1000.00 (in only labor) needed to be done to make our unit safe. I had a gut feeling that something didn't seem right and I wanted a second opinion. We contracted Premier Heating and Cooling and it turned out to be an excellent choice. They are punctual and efficient. Kelly, the owner, knows his job. If you have any questions or concerns he can answer you and put you at ease. Try them out. It's a win, win
