This place used to have very pleasant people working. But when you tell me you can’t see me because I don’t have my insurance card- BUT you just verified the information was accurate because your system can verify eligibility?? No you don’t need my insurance card to bill me or my insurance company. Don’t lie! You verified my information. I have coverage.

I came in with a broken ankle at 8:40. They told me they couldn’t see me and they were about to close. They explained that they have to send their x-rays to Miami Valley, which I understand, but then I asked if they could tell me any other place locally to go. They had such terrible attitudes and didn’t care at all. They just kept telling me that they were about to close. So, instead I found Christ Hospital ER in Liberty Twp. They were amazing, fast and caring.
