Very frustrating experience. I went to this urgent care last night at 8:30 PM, well before their posted closing time of 9:00 PM, and was told they would not see me. Instead, they tried to schedule me for an appointment the next morning. I don’t understand this. If I wanted to schedule an appointment, I would go to my primary care doctor. The entire purpose of urgent care is to be seen after hours for issues that can’t wait. I would never come to this location ever again. My provider actually works for premier but at a different location and he is AMAZING! For some reason though this location just didn’t care about the pain I was in. The front desk person was a male and he was so sweet and helpful. He saw how much pain I was in and was able to get me checked in quickly, it was also very empty.
