What a wonderful group of people! Everyone from the front office (Savanah) to the nurse and doctor made the visit quick and easy! Thank you!
I took my mother to Urgent Care-Huber Heights and all I can say is a POSTIVE WOW!!! My mom received great care and service from the time we arrived until we left. I want to say that I was more than impressed with Savanah A. at the front desk!!! She was amazing! She helped my mom through the whole process to make it extremely simple and quick! Savanah, the receptionist, was very nice and very informative about what was being updated with my MyChart, and helping me understand my insurance information a little better. She was very sweet, very kind, and all smiles! It’s the first time I’ve been to an urgent care and actually felt welcome and not like just a typical everyday patient.
I had a great experience with Premier Health. They were very professional from the receptionist to the doctor. The doctor ( Dr. Vanetta) even showed me the proper way to use the inhaler since it was not shown before. I would definitely recommend Premier Health and the Premier Health Urgent Care.
