Savanah, the receptionist, was very nice and very informative about what was being updated with my MyChart, and helping me understand my insurance information a little better. She was very sweet, very kind, and all smiles! It’s the first time I’ve been to an urgent care and actually felt welcome and not like just a typical everyday patient.
I had a great experience with Premier Health. They were very professional from the receptionist to the doctor. The doctor ( Dr. Vanetta) even showed me the proper way to use the inhaler since it was not shown before. I would definitely recommend Premier Health and the Premier Health Urgent Care.
Knowledgeable and helpful medical staff
Office is extremely slow. Don’t make an appointment unless you have over an hour to sit and wait. I definitely wouldn’t recommend walking in I can only imagine how long that would take. Doctors seem like they don’t want to be there and do their jobs. Overall kind of terrible.
