Have called numerous times and reached out on my chart. No response. I Have no more humeria and I do have insurance. Insurance asked for an update prescription and they won’t contact me or insurance. Next step is an attorney to make this right. My health is important and they don’t care 9/4/26 Insurance called me and said they have reached out to them with a phone call and email asking for a prescription with no response. Don't ever go to these providers as this will take your health in a bad direction.

Apparently they don’t answer the phones it always goes to voicemail. I can’t get my prescription refilled. It’s a hassle every single month. I’m on my 4th premier Rheumatologist because they keep leaving. I love who I see now she’s great but I might have to get a referral to Kettering.

You've got to be kidding i called to try to get an appointment i was told I would have to send a referral and the providers would get back to me and probably two months give me a bleeping break premier Health should be closed down thank you for nothing staff member Sharon

Rescheduled my first appointment with a rheumatologist twice, then called to cancel the day before my appointment because the doctor had left the practice the week before.
