Claim to be a walk in clinic with the sign but upon asking they said that they aren’t accepting walk in I asked if they are accepting new patients they said no as well. I see two years ago that they wrote back to someone saying they are changing to a family practice which if that is the case please remove the walk in sign it is very misleading and wasting a lot of peoples time

Excellent service all around. Dr. Rokeni Anantharajah is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and always available when needed. They handle everything with utmost professionalism and care. The clinic is well-organized, and the staff is friendly, efficient and supportive. Dr. Rokeni Anantharajah genuinely cares about their patients in every interaction with both adults and kids. We receive the medical attention we need for the whole family. Highly recommended.

I have been trying to talk to Dr Ching for three days because my husband is not feeling well. I spoke to the front desk on the phone three times but they didn't give me a proper answer in these three days so today I had to call again ,when I left a voice message, The girl from front desk called me and was very rude to me, first of all, she lied that on Monday they told me that the doctor would call my husband at 4 o'clock today and after that she behaved badly as if I was talking to a street girl

I was very frustrated with the service from the front desk up to the doctor , the waiting is so long but I understand that , but prescription and form that has left for almost 3weeks and when you followed up they have the audacity to tell you that the doctor overlooked and now she’s off for a week it’s so unfair !
