I had a prescription get lost between Premier and my pharmacy. I called, a person named Kaidence Swift answered immediately, knew who I was without even asking (by my phone number, I assume?). After hearing my issue, she offered to immediately call the pharmacy, which she did, and then followed up with the prescribing health professional. Prescription was at the pharmacy within minutes! It's good to find employees working somewhere, who take initiative and get things done!

Severely disappointed in this facility. Went there for a foot Injury and was told nothing is wrong and that I just needed to buy better shoes, provider treated me like a child and they had to send me to a seprate facility to get my xray done because they can't be fully staffed, found out a week later there was in fact a sever foot injury. Still recovering from this injury as it got worse with being on it and extra two weeks until another provider could help. Will not return and won't recommend to anyone else.

I've been going to this office for my Primary Care Provider for years. My old doctor left the practice, and I see Brittany Voland now as my PCP. She is absolutely amazing, and she genuinely cares about her patients. At our initial appointment, she spent about an hour with me, going over all of my chronic health conditions that I had concerns about. She ordered testing, bloodwork, and got me referrals to try to help me. She is the absolute best. Now, I had to see Dr. Thomas last time I went since Brittany had no appointments ... read more

I've been extremely happy with the service that I've gotten here, until yesterday. The young lady that checked me in, snapped at me twice in our short interaction. There are four check-in lines. I was in the far left line and there were other people waiting to get checked in. In the process, I made a remark to her and she said very sharply, "I can't hear you!".
