I've been going to this office for my Primary Care Provider for years. My old doctor left the practice, and I see Brittany Voland now as my PCP. She is absolutely amazing, and she genuinely cares about her patients. At our initial appointment, she spent about an hour with me, going over all of my chronic health conditions that I had concerns about. I've been extremely happy with the service that I've gotten here, until yesterday. The young lady that checked me in, snapped at me twice in our short interaction. There are four check-in lines. I was in the far left line and there were other people waiting to get checked in. In the process, I made a remark to her and she said very sharply, "I can't hear you!".
