Manager is very unprofessional when speaking to her employees. She yells at them and won't let them get a word in edgewise. They do not pay you for all the hours worked and they refused to pay overtime past 40 hours, even though the hours were worked. There are laws being broken here. Do not work for this agency.
The owner is very unprofessional! She plays like she cares about the client and acts like she is really willing to get you help, but after you switch to her agency the lies and unprofessionalism begins. She says she has all of these people ready to go to work and then she constantly leaves your love one without care. My mom has permanent care for about a month because she had a family member to provide the care. After that she could not consistently provider a caregiver for my mom. The people would not show up.
