Mike Meren stole our money and stop responding!! After using K. Hovnanian preferred lender nfm lending- Bryan RAIFORD, We put down a $10,100 deposit based on a verbal pre approval. We asked for a pre approval letter numerous times, but never received it. After finding out we were never approved for the loan to purchase Bryan and K.
