Veronica is a very sweet woman very nice very professional as well as the other women she has working with her I've been coming here for years never had a problem.
Well this was expected but Veronica is rude and unprofessional. Instead of treating customers friendly she is super sarcastic and just unprofessional when asking general questions. The other lady is very nice and great with helping. Tbh hate going and having to ask questions about my policy when Veronica is there she clearly hates her job 😅 But to the other lady thank you for always being nice and attentive!
They don't answer the phone here. Have called many times. Every time i go to their office after trying to get a hold of them on the phone, I'm waiting for an hour just to get a,simple question answered. Worst customer service ever. Hope that I never have a claim because I know they will just blow me off because that seems to be the way they operate. The general can eat a bag of d....!

Malisima, ellos están de acuerdo con the general insurance para estafar a la gente, tengo ya dos meses haciendo un reclamo porque mi camioneta se daño por granizo y me traen con puras mentiras, no me pagaron nada.
