They are very customer-focused.
My first time here as well as my last. Waited well over an hour for one of the barbers to get me but none did, while folks walking in after me immediately jump into the chairs. Not to mention the fact that some of the barbers were already sitting around, doing absolutely nothing. Not a good customer service model at all. Avoid giving your business to this place
