I had a great experience from start to finish. Glen was very professional, arriving on time and clearly explaining the process before getting started. The heater installation went smoothly and was completed efficiently. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the quality of the installation.
Glenn did a great job replacing my 20 yr old broken waterheater. Thankfully his sense of smell alerted us to another issue I wasn't aware of, and confirmed with a detector to 2 gas leaks! Everything was completed the same day. He was friendly and explained everything to my non-mechanical self. Would definitely call him again!
