Forgot about me in the waiting room, very disappointed. These HORRIBLE doctors do not care about there patients. My husband has been in severe pain for months and they refuse to send him any referrals these are absolutely LAZY and despicable they have no empathy whatsoever.
I would not return to this provider due to a lack of transparency around billing. I came in for a routine preventive visit and completed labs based on the office’s direction, with the expectation they would be covered as preventive care. At no point was I informed that the lab being used (CPL) was out-of-network or that I would incur a $250 charge. Berkley was a good doctor here, but he retired. The ones left are not great. Especially Darren E. Geyer, MD likes to double charge during annual physicals.
If I listened to the doctors and clinicians in this Premier Family Physicians location in Southwest Medical Village, I would not be alive today. I came here 5 year ago for a physical, and I had several symptoms I was concerned about. After the check up they ordered some blood tests (but not for blood based infections). Was referred by a friend, I gave this clinic two chances to establish care. The first appointment, they kept me waiting in the exam room for 30 minutes, so I went out to reschedule, had a second appointment and the same exact thing happened where I was waiting 20 minutes in the exam room, but this time the bedside manner of the nurse and the staff was atrocious. All the other 1 Star reviews are true.
