I have been seeing Dr Geyer for over 25 years. I have followed him wherever he was practicing. I have been okay since he moved to Southwest Medical Village. I noticed that on this review the answer is a generic answer to all the concerns and for the person to seek out the office manager. I feel when a person has a complaint that person should be contacted instead of the person having to seek out further assistance. I know when a practice gets huge the ball gets dropped a lot. Beware of medical fraud, doesn't show to appointments, then keeps your payments My first Dr from here made a CRITICAL mistake on my health record that we had to have corrected. And the second one never showed up for the appointment. This is after days of calls to try and get a refill on a med that requires a visit that I was told would be added for me when it was time.
3 stars b/c I can usually get in when I need. I went to the Medical Village location back in July to seek treatment for a high fever that wouldn't break for several days. They tested me for Covid, Flu and Strep. All were negative so the NP concluded it must have been strep that was clearing up b/c I'd been taking amoxic. that I'd been prescribed via a MDLive physician, for a couple of days. The office is very clean and expedient. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Alisha was incredibly helpful as she helped me to sort out my referrals and next steps. She also took the time to review a referral that wasn't quite complete on information and make sure that I had optimal referrals for my health concerns. Thank you Alisha for your time and attention and positive attitude.
