Jeff and staff are great and very professional. Felt confident in their approach for me. I had a great outcome and would recommend this office for physical therapy.
The blondish reception girl is very rude. She does not let me finish my sentence or explain anything. I ask clarification on some billing info, etc… she got upset when I asked for the billing phone number and also about their copay system. Then I just asked (I was calm the whole time) to talk to the office manager. Each time I tried to explain things she cut me off and talked over me. Excellent staff everyone is so patient and kind. Jeff is a very good physical therapist.
Dave Astle is extremely proficient. He takes great pride in his patient’s recovery. Great staff, and facility. They make it fun! Very impressive results.
